Grand Trunk

This award-winning Farmstead-Gruyere is a rich and creamy cheese with a distinctively salty flavour. Aged 15-18 months. Unpasteurized cow's milk cheese. 

Grand Trunk tastes excellent with sandwiches or on a charcuterie board. It is a great cheese for fondue and it pairs well with white or red wine. 

Sold in 100g increments.
